コンブチャタイム!

コンブチャはおいしいこおちゃです。

Kombucha is a tea that is made by brewing a very sugary black tea and putting a bacteria called SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) and allowing it to ferment.  I just got my bacteria and began brewing!  Kombucha is slightly bubbly and has a tangy sweet taste.  I made this batch with black assam and jasmine buds.
